We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@maisonkix.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We accept international returns under the same conditions listed above. However:

  • You are responsible for return shipping and any customs or import fees.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs for international orders.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@maisonkix.com with photos and a description of the issue.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:​

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisonkix.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
