1. Returns

Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please make sure to carefully review your order, including the product, size, and shipping details, before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will review the issue.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this FINAL SALE POLICY.

2. Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, returns may be accepted in specific situations such as receiving an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged.

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the situation.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We accept international returns under the same conditions listed above. However:

  • You are responsible for return shipping and any customs or import fees.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs for international orders.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@maisonkix.com with photos and a description of the issue. 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:​

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
